Creating a vision board can a fantastic self care tool that helps you reprogram your subconscious mind, reinforce a positive mindset and manifest your dreams! With Author-Illustrator Jo Rooks as your guide, you will learn the power of ‘manifestation’ and create your own life vision board. We will provide some materials but please bring along any old magazines and inspirational pictures to would like to add to your board and share with the group.
